And also why I haven’t voted for a major party presidential candidate in, well, ever in the general elections I’ve been eligible to vote in.

Gee…I wonder why congress has like a 20-30% approval rating.  Coincidence that 20-30% of them seem stand up for our rights, and the rest trample all over them?

As for the guy that should be the one standing up screaming in opposition to things like this, Obama actually voted to basically shred the 4th amendment.  I don’t get it…

Usually the politicians at least wait until they’re elected before changing where they stand.

I’m afraid that he may have just handed enough of his supporter’s votes to Bob Barr to lose himself the election.

McCain didn’t vote, but all the other Republicans did, and he publicly supported it, so had he been present, he certainly would have voted for it too.

One notable vote against came from……  Hillary.

Good god…  The sky is falling.
